Right of Withdrawal
By placing your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following guidelines:
All our products are made to order, so we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to user errors such as selecting the wrong size, design, color, etc.
Please note that our products are produced according to customer specifications and market demand; therefore, they may not always be available. Additionally, the advertised images may slightly differ in color from the actual items due to lighting during photography or your monitor display. Please allow for minor differences between the advertised images and the actual item you receive.
Returns
We only accept returns of products we have shipped if the item is defective due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or damaged item).
Items must be returned along with the purchase receipt.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our support team at support@neakz.aefor further information. Note that you must cover the cost of return shipping yourself.
Refunds (if applicable)
Our policy: 7 days from the date of arrival. If more than 7 days have passed since you received the item, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
We will inspect your return upon arrival. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days (typically 3–5).

We only exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or if the error is on our part during production or shipping.
If you want to exchange an item, email us at support@neakz.ae. Our customer service team will review your claim. If approved, we will provide you with a return address.
What Evidence Should I Submit for a Replacement?
Submitting all necessary evidence to clarify shipping/product issues is essential for our return/replacement process. Please ensure that all required images are provided; otherwise, we cannot provide returns or replacements.

Cancellations
If you change your mind about your purchase, email us at support@neakz.ae with your order number and the changes you want to make.
We will confirm once the change or cancellation has been processed.
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 6 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
